Spumante Rosè extra brut

  • This is a quality, classic method sparkling Rosè wine produced by Azienda Agricola Vignalta.
  • It is made from Friularo grapes, a native grape variety of the Venetian countryside with a certain presence in the vineyards of the area between Monselice and Bagnoli for at least 400 years.
  • This variety is at its best in the flatter areas where its pleasant acidity and fragrant aromas ripen

Extra virgin olive oil

  • It is 100% Italian, produced in the GARDA LAKE area.
  • It is “extra virgin” because it is of superior quality, obtained exclusively by mechanical means from the cold pressing of the best selected olives just picked.
  • The result is a thick, enveloping, slightly spicy juice with aromatic nuances reminiscent of the smell of ripe fruit.
  • It is excellent because its distinctive taste makes it suitable for use as a raw or cooked ingredient with meats, fish, vegetables and even with some desserts, but try it on its own simply on a slice of bread: it is delicious!
